If you don't like an article we'll be glad to replace it for you. We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may visit any of our “Shirt and Tie Shop” outlets and replace any unused products, subject to the immediate availability or a reasonable interval for its arrangements. Please make sure that the barcode is intact with the product. Customer will have to bear courier charges in case of any exchange. Please note our accessories and discounted items (items on sale) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This policy is only applicable for garments such as trousers, shirts, T-shirts and suits, but not on any accessories items. (See accessories tab for the classification of products in the accessories category).
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. Please make sure your given address is updated, correct and verified before submission of your orders.
In an effort to reduce the impact of returned Products, Uniworth returns the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

Cancellation of Orders
On rare occasion, Uniworth reserves the right to cancel orders due to the following situations: items being out of stock, pricing errors, credit card being declined and when customers do not pickup / reply to confirmation calls from call centre staff.
